2. What data we handle
- Booking form: first name, surname, phone, email, date and time, pickup and destination, number of passengers, luggage, child seat, flight number and any message you write.
- Calls and WhatsApp: the details you give us when you get in touch to book.
- Technical data: your IP address, which the server keeps only in memory to limit repeated requests and prevent abuse, and the one recorded in the web server's technical logs.
3. What we use it for
To handle your booking request, contact you to confirm it and provide the taxi service. We do not send advertising, build profiles or make automated decisions with your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Taking steps at your request before a contract, and providing the service you ask for (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse, for technical data (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your booking and provide the service. After that, only for the periods required by law to deal with any claims.
6. Who we share it with
We do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. The website relies on these service providers (data processors):
- IONOS (European Union): hosting for the website and the server that receives bookings.
- Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): sends the email with your request. The international transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you choose to send via WhatsApp, your details pass through WhatsApp (Meta), which handles them under its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask us to restrict it or to transfer it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@taxi-siete.es. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies and local storage
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It only stores in your browser whether you prefer light or dark mode. That setting never leaves your device.
If there is any difference between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
